Notice of AGM - 17/06/2024

(all clubs must be in attendance).

The AGM will be held on Monday 17/06 at North Reddish Working Men's Club commencing at 20:00.

The agenda items to be considered will be:

1. Apologies for absence.

2. Minutes.
i) To confirm the minutes of the A.G.M. held on 26 June 2023.
ii) To consider any matters arising.

3. Annual Report.
i) To receive the Annual Report of the Management Committee for the 2023 / 2024 season.

4. Accounts.
i) To receive the report of the Treasurer and to adopt the Statements of Receipts and Payments for the period ending 30 June 2023 including the Auditors Report.

5. Constitution of the League.
i) To adopt the Constitution of the League for the 2024 / 2025 season.

6. Election of Officers and Management Committee.
i) To elect the Officers and Management Committee for the 2024 / 2025 season.

7. Vice Presidents.
i) To elect Vice Presidents for the 2024 / 2025 season.

8. Annual Subscription.
i) To consider the Annual Subscription for the 2024 / 2025 season.

9. Alterations to League Rules.

10. Honoraria.

11. Auditors.
i) To appoint two Auditors for 2024 / 2025.

12. Referee Fees.
i) To determine the Referees fees for the 2024 / 2025 season.

13. Commencement & end of the season and kick off time.
i) The season to start on 25 August 2024 with a 10.45pm kick off.
ii) The season to end no later than 31 May 2025.

14. AOB.
i) Presentations.
