Team Sheets (2023/2024)

To make it easier for teams this season, you can either use the following for County Cup games this season, the options are as follows:

1) Use the league team sheet (which has duplicates) which a copy can then be given to the opposition & referee.

Or

2) Use the Somerset FA team sheet, if you use this then you will need to write out 3 copies.

The Referee must be given a copy of the team sheet 30 mins before kick-off.
